You are in the hottest times now!

You are in the hottest times now! Never has the Light been so turned up in your bodies as it is at this moment in time! The energy shifts are many and different and all the different energies raise your potential at a really fast pace. It is difficult for your physical bodies to keep up with the swings and the nervous system needs to rest from time to time in order to keep up. And that's when you get so inexplicably tired that you feel like you have to go straight to bed to rest. So do it, it's of the utmost importance!

Your bodies need a lot of rest and a lot of water, because there are electromagnetic impulses and electrical processes that need fluid to function optimally. So be sure to drink plenty! It is important that you support your bodies at this stage of the ascension, or as we prefer "the inscention".

Your feelings go back and forth and sometimes they create chaos. Old grievances might float to the surface and you might think... but I'm done with this! And most of the time it is so, but sometimes you haven't really released it from your cells. So allow the cells to release everything that should not remain now!. Let go of the past so you can live in the present! The past is just an illusion! And the only thing that is true is the present!

The future is also an illusion and can be rewritten many times in your imagination, but still, it is an illusion! The only true thing is the present! And living in the present is the only thing that matters!

Let go of the old and give thanks for what has been! Thank yourself for helping yourself become who you are!
