In the Heart grace shines! Therefore, your focus should be on your Heart - to cherish your Heart, to take care of your Heart, to let your Heart be the focal point of your life.

Nothing gets right without your Heart being involved! Only actions that are heart-based are genuine and real actions. Therefore, you must learn to focus on your Heart being present in every situation, in every moment. It cannot be said enough times. Therefore, we repeat ourselves many times, so that it is integrated with your thoughts. Your Heart must be in everything you do, in everything you think and in every action!

And as for the simple act of putting your hand on your Heart, we want to push it a little extra. It makes you aware of your Heart and it makes you remember to be in your Heart. It also gives comfort in moments when grief tests you. It communicates with other people, both living and dead.

So let your Heart have the central place in your life that it deserves. Become best friends with your Heart! Feel the peace when you put your hand on your Heart! Feel how calmness spreads from your Heart, out into the body and into your thoughts. If you find it difficult to focus, think and experience again something that made you happy. Then Love and Joy come like a letter in the mail.
