Do not be afraid! The light is great and strong and holy and cannot harm you. But it can feel overwhelming because you are not used to its strength and power. It creates feelings in the body you are not used to, which in turn creates an unfathomable fatigue. And you wonder, am I sick? But no, you are not sick, you are on your way to the light and the cells of your body are filled with light, and you are not used to that feeling. It is in no way dangerous, but can feel uncomfortable and make you anxious. But don't be afraid! It takes you to the heights of heaven. It brings you towards the joys of love. And it takes you towards the floors of joy, where you have never lived before. 

The change is big and all-encompassing, and maybe a little hard to take in. But don't be afraid, everything will be so good, so good. But the body must undergo this powerful change in order for the soul to have a new abode in the light. 

Take care of yourself. Eat light food and drink a lot of water, preferably with a little salt in it. Your body needs a lot of liquid for all electromagnetic processes to work. So be careful with the water. Fruit and vegetables and nuts are good supplements and nutritious. Avoid things that are not so good for the body, such as sugar, coffee and alcohol and other drugs. 

The importance of supporting the body in this process is extremely great, so do not neglect it. This is where self-love comes in. A large part of that love is about taking care of the physical body, so that the soul can live in a luxury apartment and not in a slum.
